Kylan Stuck

Kylan Stuck contacted DWA in 2006 to apply for a position as a multimedia associate.

The position was attractive because it involved his passion for creativity and technology in a company with a lot of opportunities for growth.

Kylan has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern Indiana, but he started out as an art major, giving him a unique blend of abilities. Today he holds the title of Creative Production Manager, helping the multimedia and design team continue to push the boundaries of creativity and innovation. He was a major contributor to the development of the Avant Media Manager©, one of the company’s most ambitious undertakings.

“We are working hard to stay fresh and deliver results in a very competitive industry. I get a huge sense of accomplishment when we push the boundaries with new ideas and in turn get rewarded with more opportunities to be challenged and deliver for our clients.”

Kylan says that the only reason we can keep up with our competition is because of the team of talented people that he gets to work with every day.

“The individuals in our department really feed off each other. They are professionals at what they do and I’m always excited to see what they come up with next.

When Kylan thinks of DWA, he thinks of “synergy.”

“There are a lot of things happening here daily and with that comes a little chaos. The company has built an environment that reinforces the importance of teaming so that we all can work cohesively to get things done. For the company at large, there are great synergies, and the relationships that are built within and across departments are what make those synergies possible.”
